Cypress, Jersey Village & Copperfield
Northwest Houston
Cy-Fair schools, established neighborhoods inside the Beltway and newer construction pushing out along 290 and the Grand Parkway.
Northwest Houston stretches from Jersey Village and Copperfield out through Cypress, and the reconstructed US 290 corridor changed the commute math for the entire area. What used to be a punishing drive is now workable for a lot of downtown and Galleria commuters.
Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is the draw for many families, and there is genuine variety in the housing: 1980s Copperfield homes with big lots, newer Bridgeland and Towne Lake construction, and Jersey Village's own city services and character.
This is also an area where flood history deserves real attention: some sections were affected in past storms and others were not, sometimes within the same subdivision. I pull that history for any property before we get emotionally invested in it.
Schools
Mainly Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, with Waller ISD and Klein ISD covering portions of the northern and eastern edges.
